Does every sampler set contain the same companies or products?
No, because of all the different items we receive from each company, not all boxes contain the same products. We do not always get products from the same companies each month, every month is different which adds to the fun. Feel free to contact your favorite companies and encourage them to be a participant.
How much money is donated to the M.S. Society?
Out of every purchase 23% ($5.06) gets donated to the M.S. Society!
Do all of the sampler sets have the same amount of items?
Yes, our goal is to make sure that every sampler has the same amount of items. You will not get a sample from every contributor on the site. Businesses don't always send in enough samples to supply us with enough for everyone. Some months the boxes will only have 15 items and some months the boxes will have much more! It all depends on the supply that I get from our wonderful businesses. However we strive to have at least 8 samples in each set.
What age are the sampler sets best for?
Our sampler sets are great for all ages of women!
What is in each month's sampler set?
Each month includes products from various companies. These products will change monthly since we are constantly finding new businesses to join us.
Can I return the items if I do not like them?
No, unfortunately we do not take returns. We have gotten many compliments on the sampler sets and sincerely hope you will enjoy yours.
Can I choose the companies and products I want?
No, we pre-make these boxes before they go on sale, so we can ship them out to you as quick as possible. Each sampler set has a variety of different items.
Will I know which companies are participating?
Yes, we make a list of companies that are participating, along with their products each month. We update the monthly list as soon as participants products arrive.
What mail carrier do you ship through?
We ship all packages through USPS.
