How can my company participate?
Participating is simple. Just contact us by email and we will take care of the rest. You need to have a banner ad available to email us that is in either .gif or .jpeg format. Before you mail us your items please take a digital picture of your creations and include that in a email with your banner. We would like the picture and the banner to advertise your company on our site.  
 
What if we need to cancel?
Don't worry, we know that things come up. Please just email and let us know as soon as you are aware you can not participate.
 
How much does it cost?
The only thing it costs is the amount it costs to produce and mail your samples to us. Think of the cost of your products as the price you would pay for advertising, only it is much more affordable. The items that you send us will be purchased by people that want to try your products! A bunch of people that would have never heard of your company until you sent your items to us.
 
Does my company get paid to participate?
No, you don't get paid to participate. However, you will get great advertising and people who actually want to purchase from businesses just like yours!
 
How much money gets donated to the M.S. Society?
From every purchase made 23% ($5.00) gets donated to the M.S. Society!
 
What if I can not send in items of my work?
For some businesses it is nearly impossible to create actual products to send in. Either your art is too expensive to mass create or your products are too large. Your business can send in postcards, flyers, or business cards to go in the sampler sets. We don't have a problem with you sending in these however we don't count these as actual submissions for the sampler sets and you will not be asked to place a banner on our site if you go this route. We have heard several times from the buyers that they do not want these counted as a sample in their box and would like them only used as extras.

What kind of products should I send?
We are open to all kinds of things! Companies have sent in: candles, face wash, face masks, scrubs, soaps, lotions, perfumes, stationery, food, dog treats, teas, coffees, gag gifts, bath salts, cosmetics, hair care products, gift certificates, chap sticks, coupon codes, magnets, pens, key chains, hair accessories, necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, photography, bookmarks. You should send in whatever you think personally suits your business and also what you think will blow the consumer away! After all, this is all about your advertising needs. Send in what you think will make people want to order from you again and again. Do not forget to send in business cards and any promotional codes you may have. We highly suggest having a discount for your first time buyers added in with your products and business cards.
 
How many products should I send in?
The amount of samples you send in all really depends on what you can afford. The more samples you send in the more boxes they go into. Which of course means more potential business for you as well. The minimum is 20 samples, but please keep in mind that the more you send in the better the response.
 
Who purchases your sampler sets?
The purchasers are mostly women.
 
How should the products be sent to you?
You should package your samples like you would if you were giving it to a customer or as a gift. Some businesses like to go out of of their way to give their samples some extra frills. When the customers open their sampler sets you want them to go straight for your sample and have them want to order your item in a full size. Because whatever it is that you did was awesome. Most participants include coupon codes, business cards and postcards. We really suggest adding coupon codes since people will be more prompt to order when there is a discount. Not only will customers love that you included the discount but it can really make them want to spread the word about your fabulous deals and products!
 
What rules are there to follow on packaging my products? 
If you are sending in bath and body or food all ingredients must be labeled properly. This is a legit online business and we only deal with online businesses that hold quality and care for their customers to the highest value. If packages show up here and are not labeled, leaking, not finished, broken, or in some way not appealing they will not go in the box. We are not only advertising for your business but for the other businesses that are in the sampler sets with your products as well. Please be sure to have everything sealed properly and labeled correctly, including items for pets.
